Throughout the company’s history, even though we have remained small by design and once again female owned, one of our key corporate initiatives is diversity, equity and inclusion, which we feel is more important to stress now more than ever. To us, those words mean:

We also create a safe space and embrace and celebrate a person’s diversity whether that is their perspective, work/life experiences, cultural differences, etc.
